We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from us. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Our returns policy complies with the relevant consumer rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

When can you return a product?

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit when an item fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees under the ACL. This includes situations where the product:

  • Is faulty or of unacceptable quality
  • Does not match the description or sample
  • Is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e., does not perform as promised)

This also covers cases where the item does not comply with any applicable manufacturer warranties.

Please email to info@vofpet.com to request a return. We will cover the return shipping fee and refund fully for any quality related return.

 

Change of Mind / Purchase by Mistake

To ensure the safety and well-being of every pet, and in alignment with hygiene principles advocated by the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) regarding disease control and parasite prevention, we strictly enforce our Hygiene Policy.

Pets can unknowingly carry transmissible issues such as fungal infections, parasites, or secondary bacterial contaminants. To guarantee that every item you receive is brand new, sanitary, and free from any risk of cross-contamination, we do not accept returns unrelated to quality issue.

Please Note: This policy ensures your pet gets a pristine product every time. Naturally, this does not apply to faulty items. If you receive a defective product, our standard warranty applies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as mentioned above.
