About VOF

Established in Melbourne on Christmas Eve, 2025

VOF collects well-designed, durable pet products for people who care about quality and everyday usability, so pets can use the same standard of objects we expect for ourselves. Unlike mass-market pet brands, we focus on material quality and construction, rather than trends or decoration.

Founded by Tom Wang, an architecture graduate of Melbourne School of Design, an design educator as well as a pilot. Inspired by the way designer fashion brands and concept stores curate garments, materials, and objects with intention and restraint, Tom and his team reimagines this approach for pets. Not as novelty items, but as objects designed to be used daily — worn, pulled, scratched and chewed. VOF works closely with designers and studios whose practices prioritise material integrity, construction, and longevity. Every piece is selected for how it performs in real life, and how naturally it integrates into both human and animal environments.

#VOF Standards

For product, quality is the highest priority. Comfort, safety, and everyday usability come before visual design. Materials, construction and durability are carefully assessed. All products curated by VOF are intended for daily use and long-term ownership. They are practical, reliable, and suited to life shared by pets and their owners.

For brand, every brand partnership begins with a direct meeting with the brand’s founder. Understanding the people and values behind each brand is essential. All founders of brands represented by VOF have long-term experience living with pets. A shared belief in a pet-first approach and a human–pet integrated way of living is also required.
