About the role

VOF is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help shape how our brand is experienced across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of content, brand, and performance — translating thoughtful design and product decisions into clear, engaging communication.

You’ll work closely with the founder to plan and execute marketing initiatives across owned channels, with a strong focus on storytelling, consistency, and long-term brand value rather than short-term tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage content across website, email, and social channels
  • Support campaign planning for new collections and brand releases
  • Write and edit marketing copy aligned with VOF’s tone and values
  • Analyse basic performance metrics and translate insights into improvements
  • Collaborate with external partners when needed (designers, photographers, agencies)

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written English and an eye for detail
  • Understanding of brand-led marketing rather than purely promotional content
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (Shopify, email tools, social media)
  • Self-directed, organised, and comfortable working in a small team environment

Supply Chain Manager

About the role

VOF is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and improve the flow of products from international partners to our Australian customers. This role is central to ensuring reliability, transparency, and long-term operational efficiency as the business scales.

You’ll be responsible for managing supplier relationships, logistics planning, and inventory coordination, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, foresight, and steady execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from suppliers to fulfillment
  • Coordinate international freight, customs, and local logistics partners
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment cycles
  • Work closely with product and finance to align forecasting and demand
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant import and regulatory requirements

  • 3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
